We have decided on a policy to ensure that all our customers get the satisfaction they need to buy our products. Once the home furnishing item has been dispatched or shipped from our warehouse, you cannot seek the cancellation of the order or request a refund. You can return the product only if it has irreversible manufacturing damage. 

Damaged or Defective Product

We run a quality check every time a product is dispatched. Hence, there is very little chance that your order will turn out to be defective. In cases such as you received a damaged product, defective product, or product different from what was ordered, you can claim your warranty rights.

You can raise a complaint to the team of Mantralayam Divine Shop by reaching out to their helpline number. You can go ahead and refuse the delivery if you experience any of the scenarios mentioned above with your product. You can return the product in the original packing with all the items that were present in it. 

In case you find any hidden defects or damage, you can still raise the complaint as our team would take necessary action against the upstream suppliers. 

If you do not notice the damage or defect immediately, then the return under these conditions should be made within 2-3 days of getting the product delivered. 

Mantralayam Divine Shop requests you not to tamper with the seal or label and replace it with a different one. We won't accept the return if the label or seal is replaced with a different one than the original one. Here are some conditions under the returns policy that you must keep in mind:

• If you see any kind of visible damage to the packaging of the product while it is being attempted for delivery, do not accept it. Get in touch with the customer support team if you find the damage after opening the packaging box. 

• If the product has already been in use and it experiences damage during use, then it is not qualified for return. 

• If the product qualifies for a return, then we will also refund the shipping charges that you paid for sending back the item to us. 

• Assembled or installed products cannot be returned in any case. They can be repaired under a standard warranty.
