Mantralayam Divine Shop offers you interactive refund schemes. The policy states that you need to raise the complaint within 48 hours of delivery for the return request. You can check the returns policy for the conditions that will lead you to qualify for raising a refund request. Once you have submitted the request with all the conditions fulfilled, you will be guided with the next procedure. 


Return Through Courier For Raising Refund Request


After you have contacted our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, We will assign one of our partners or pick-up executive to take the damaged or defective from your delivery address through courier, after which your return or refund request will be processed. 


Once the product reaches us, we have a dedicated team to verify the unused condition of the item. Our inspection team will verify all the associated concerns with the item. Once verified, the refund amount will be processed to the account that was used for payment. 


In case if you have availed COD, then our customer support team will insist you on adding a bank account and process the amount in it. If the verification of the item fails by any criteria, the refund or exchange will not be possible from our end. 


Mantralayam Divine Shop has the right to withhold the sum paid by you for the product if the product does not pass the verification or does not qualify for a refund. 


How Will The Refund Be Credited?


If the customer has used a credit card, debit card, or net banking for payment of the order, then the refund will be credited directly to the original payment mode. If the payment is made by cheque, then Mantralayam Divine Shop will send a cheque of the respective amount to the billing address only.


In case of COD payment, the customers will be asked to add their bank account details onto their Mantralayam Divine Shop account to get a refund. All the refund modes are instant except the cheque payments. In case of a refund via cheque, you must keep in mind that the process takes a little time after you have received the cheque. 


For better clarity, we need to inform you that in case the amount does not reflect in your account immediately in case of a debit card, credit card, or net banking payment, we are not held responsible for it as the cardholder's issuing bank might have processing issues for the same.
